Food Kits is a program run by Ronald McDonald House Charities for Ukrainians who are in a difficult situation and in dire need of food. For our children and their families should not starve.

We have designed two types of kits: Mobile for the road, and Family for 4-5 days. We work with administrations, humanitarian centres and volunteer organizations to help those who need it the most. Every day the fund’s volunteers will pack 2,000 sets.

Humanitarian organizations have already received 7,200 food kits in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and deoccupied territories of Chernihiv, Kyiv, and Sumy regions. Assistance will be provided to migrants, as well as to socially disadvantaged people, low-mobility elderly people or people who have difficulties accessing points of issue from bomb shelters. The cost of one set is UAH 500, and the food in it will last one family for several days. As part of the project, we plan to create kits for 200 IDP families in the frontline and liberated cities of Ukraine.
