Юлия Михальченко Юлія, доброго дня! Наші підопічні діти - це діти, які знаходяться на психологічній реабілітації та проживають в Центрі допомоги "Місто щасливих дітей". Багато з них вже мають офіційний статус сироти, по іншим діткам йдуть офіційні судові процеси по позбавленню батьківських прав.
