Thanks to the funds raised, 11 pulse oximeters were purchased. for single elderly people who are beneficiaries of the Palliative Care at Home project.
The project "Pulse Oximeters for the Elderly" is aimed at helping single elderly people, who are today one of the most vulnerable segments of the population in Ukraine. Kharkiv Regional Charitable Foundation "Social Assistance Service" has been implementing the project "Palliative Care at Home" since 2011. During this time we have supported many elderly people by providing them with social, medical and psychological services. Today, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there is a great demand for pulse oximeters, however, due to the high price, the elderly are not able to buy them themselves. Thanks to the funds raised, we were able to purchase 11 pulse oximeters and transfer them to the beneficiaries.
