On August 21, 2025, the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Perinatal Center received a modern open resuscitation system Lifetherm 2002.

This equipment provides:

•          radiant heat with servo control, which “senses” the child’s condition and automatically maintains the ideal temperature;

•          table heating for comfortable work of neonatologists;

•          gel mattress to protect delicate skin;

•           the ability to change the baby’s position (Trendelenburg / anti-Trendelenburg) to help breathing and blood circulation.

Now doctors do not have to choose who to give a chance to survive under the device, and who to warm with blankets manually. Every baby will receive proper care.
