Life-saving surgery for Nastia

The purpose of the project was to raise funds for Anastasia Sivryuk. The girl is being treated for osteosarcoma in the pediatric department of the National Cancer Institute. According to the treatment protocol after the first blocks of chemotherapy, surgery is required. The affected bone was planned to be removed and replaced with an endoprosthesis. The operation is quite expensive in terms of costs. Nastya's mother is raising one or two daughters, there are not enough funds for treatment and living. That is why on the platform dobro.ua. a fundraising project was published. nitially, it was planned to collect UAH 42,800.00. (forty-two thousand eight hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks). When planning the operation, a list of consumables that are not in the department was compiled. The family could not buy the expenses themselves. That is why the amount of the project was increased to 45,401 (forty-five thousand four hundred and one) UAH 00 kopecks. according to the letter Ex .: №4 / 0807 from 08.07.2021 Thanks to the funds raised, endoprostheses and consumables were purchased and handed over to Anastasia, in accordance with the receipts from 07.07.21 and 08.07.2021. Operation Nastya was performed on 12.07.21. The manufacturer of the endoprosthesis gave a deferral of payment, which is why we performed the operation on time without waiting for full collection of funds.
