Christmas Kurazh 2025: Come Back Alive Charitable Foundation
On December 13-14, Christmas Courage took place in Kyiv. The two-day festival at the performance pavilion at VDNG combined music, a fair of Ukrainian brands, workshops, lectures, and traditional Christmas rituals.
A large gift market featuring Ukrainian producers operated at the location. Among the central areas was a table of Kosiv craftsmen with ceramics, wooden products, wool, jewelry, honey, and tea.
The festival program included Christmas workshops: guests learned how to make a didukh, create a straw spider, paint a caroling star, and roll traditional candles together with fourth- and fifth-generation candle makers.
A large Christmas concert was held on the main stage with the participation of KAZKA, the Bozhychi ensemble, the Shumya, Drago, and MELOS bands, the Khrushchi trio, the Dennis Adu Quartet, the Churai bandura ensemble, and carolers from Kryvorivnia. The program also included theatrical performances, lectures, traditional caroling, and goat herding. There was a portrait zone where photographer Polina Grebenik took photos for donations. Funds were raised during the event for the Drone Attack initiative of the Come Back Alive Foundation.
The funds raised will be used to ensure the stable operation of communications and infrastructure necessary to protect the civilian population in conditions of military threats.
The event partner, Visa, is also donating a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales to support the charity project.
We sincerely thank all guests, participants, artists, craftsmen, partners, and the festival team.
Thanks to you, Christmas Courage has become not only a festive event but also a real contribution to the common cause of support and protection.
