Move only forward!

This is 7-year-old Makar, who has been diagnosed with childhood autism and generalized underdevelopment of speech level 1. Makar is very behind his peers in development, but he really wants to grow, develop and be like them.

Makar's medical history began after the age of one and a half years: he had a regression of communication and speech skills. The boy stopped responding to the addresses and began to spin around a lot. Makar also has difficulties in social interaction and communication. The child does not speak, lags behind in development, is in his own world, and has stereotypical movements.

Regular sessions with a speech therapist, swimming, rehabilitation, including sensory integration classes, exercise therapy, massages, and sessions with a psychologist have a very positive effect on Makar's development.

“All of this is in addition to daily exercises at home, of course. All in all, it gives a very good result, so we try not to stop and move forward,” says Makar's mother. She is the only one who works in the family and is studying to become a speech therapist so that she can work with her son professionally.
