This extremely bright boy is Sasha from Odesa. He is 2 years old and has been sick all this time. Sasha has cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia.

When he was born, the baby did not breathe, then he was resuscitated, and only later he took his first breath. The boy spent a whole month in the hospital, where doctors fought for his life and health. Later, Oleksandr was diagnosed with cerebral palsy – the boy's arms and legs are impaired and he still has a lot to learn. But thanks to rehabilitation, hard work at home, and a desire to be healthy, Sasha is making progress: the swastika in his body has shrunk, his physical condition and articulation have improved, and he has begun to pronounce many new sounds. He is also benefiting from lessons with a correctional teacher.

"For my son, rehabilitation is life, an opportunity to move freely, develop and live a full life. After each course, Sasha makes progress, and this is the main thing," says the boy's mother.
