Serious struggle of Dima

In accordance with the agreement No. 21 on cooperation between the ICF ‘Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace’ and the Charity Operator ‘POMAGAYEM’ dated 31.08.2020 and the additional agreement No. 21.208 dated 14.06.2021, the project ‘Dima's Serious Struggle’ was posted on the website of the ICF ‘UMB’ - dobro.ua - to attract donations for the treatment of Dmytro Mikhnenko.
Subsequently, it became necessary to use part of the funds raised on the UBB website to purchase medicines for the boy. Therefore, according to the letter №124 dated 25.08.2021, we received the collected UAH 32,900.00 (thirty-two thousand nine hundred hryvnias and 00 kopecks) to the account of the Foundation and continued to collect on the dobro.ua platform.
Subsequently, it became necessary to use part of the funds raised on the UBB website to purchase medicines for the guy. Therefore, according to the letter №124 dated 25.08.2021, we received the collected UAH 32,900.00 (thirty-two thousand nine hundred hryvnias and 00 kopecks) to the account of the Foundation and continued to collect on the dobro.ua platform.
Thanks to the funds raised on the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace website, in 2021 we purchased medicines for Dima in the amount of UAH 16,252.81 (sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty-two hryvnias and 81 kopecks), in September 2022 we purchased vitamins for him in the amount of UAH 3,334.18 (three thousand three hundred and thirty-four hryvnias and 00 kopecks).
In 2023, we helped Dmitry pay for medical services for a total of UAH 8,446.50.50 (eight thousand four hundred and forty-six hryvnias and 50 kopecks), and in 2024 we supported the young man with medicines for UAH 9,706.52 (nine thousand seven hundred and six hryvnias and 52 kopecks). 
In March of this year, Dmytro fell ill with SARS, so his mother asked us to help their family pay for the young man's medicines, which we immediately did in the amount of UAH 1,306.05 (one thousand three hundred and six hryvnias and 05 kopecks). 
    After his recovery, Dima continued to attend school as before, and spends his free time at the computer or going for walks with friends. He also continues to take his medication on a regular basis and is planning to visit a haematologist and undergo the necessary blood tests in the near future. 
We plan to use the remaining unused funds in the amount of UAH 20,953.94 (twenty thousand nine hundred and fifty-three hryvnias and 94 kopecks) to meet Dima's needs in 2025.
