Chance for Oleh. 2

Oleh was born the second child of twins. During the first three months of his life, he was quite a healthy baby, put on weight well and even got ahead of his sister. When the boy was 3 months old, parents noticed he couldn't fix his eyes and sent him to medical check-up. It is difficult to put into words what his mum felt after hearing about the diagnosis... Unfortunately, terrible ailments became worse and multiplied over time. At first, encephalitis, microcephaly, spastic diplegia, blindness and quadriplegia, bilateral sensorineural hearing loss; then in 1 year and 3 months the family has bought a tracheostomy tube. A 3-year-old kid needed to do a nutrient probe after the severe aspirating pneumonia. 

Oleh grows up before one’s eyes; he’s a very patient and diligent four and a half-year-old boy. He’s become much calmer, can use his arms and legs (a little), breathing’s restored back to normal. At home and in rehabilitation centers, this child struggles tirelessly for the slightest changes that can gradually improve his life. The family tries to use every opportunity, undergoing various rehabilitation, but this that costs a lot of money. Oleh’s mother appeals to all caring people for material assistance as the boy needs undergoing courses of treatment at Beresnev Medical Center.
