A chance for a healthy future for a child

A baby from Arbuzynka village in the Mykolaiv region urgently needs surgery on his skull. He has been diagnosed with craniosynostosis – a serious condition in which the bones of the skull fuse too early, putting dangerous pressure on the brain. This can lead to developmental delays, seizures, or even be life-threatening.

Mykyta needs surgery as soon as possible, because the risks are increasing every day. The cost is almost 252,000 UAH, an overwhelming amount for the family.

The mother is on maternity leave, caring for the child, while the father works in the fields to support them. They are doing everything they can to save their son’s health, but they can’t do it alone.
