This year started for Yulia not so well. The girl underwent four surgeries and respiratory arrest. She spent a week at the intensive care unit suffering from convulsions. Her condition was grave. Then Yulia spent a few days with her mother at the patients’ room and it seemed that everything passed. It seems that soon she will be able to return to school, to held creative classes in orphanages as a volunteer. But on Monday the girl was transported to the intensive care again. Yulia suffered from convulsions again. Now she takes medicines. But her mother doesn’t have any money to buy medicines, that’s why she asks for a helping hand.

When Yulia was just five months old she was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. The girl had a shunt system installed. Since then she became dependent on the shunt. However, she is no different from her peers. Yulia studied well at school, participated in extracurricular creative activities. When Yulia was eleven, the shunt system manifested itself: either it broke down or its components had to be replaced or it had to be cleaned and installed again.

Within two years Yulia underwent 40 surgeries but she didn’t give up. She continued her studies, started attending a school of volunteers and held creative master classes in orphanages. In between her therapies Yulia had a dream of becoming a neurosurgeon and help ill kids. We want this girl’s dream come true, that’s why she needs your help so much.
