This pretty baby with dark hair was born at the cozy town Ivano-Frankivsk in the west of Ukraine. He is only one year and 9 months. But from the first days of his life this boy forced to undergo treatment in the hematology department of the regional children's hospital and the hospital "OKHMATDET". Diagnosis of this child: congenital hemolytic anemia.

The boy has hemolytic crises, which periodically arise, so he gets substitutional therapy washed erythrocytes by individual selection . In other words, the child can not live on his own blood and, therefore, every 4 weeks, it is necessary to pour him the blood of others, otherwise the child would have died. And the other treatment in Ukraine is not exist. But it can not last long.

The boy has twice passed inspection in one of the specialized German clinics. But despite the relatively young age of the boy, the doctors do not undertake to help him. It is necessary to wait until the child is a little older and stronger, then it will be possible to carry out the procedure of bone marrow transplantation. The situation is further complicated by the fact that the doctors made for more than 20 blood transfusions to boy. That is, his own blood is diluted with stranger blood and now it is difficult to determine the amount of blood components boy.

In order to support the child's body he needs an expensive drug "Exjade", money for the purchase of it the family has not, because all the savings already spent on treatment for a year.
