People of all generations love St. Nicholas Day! Everyone associates this holiday with the miracle and fairy tale. Very early in the morning you get under the pillow for the treasured gift! But there are families in which even such a trifle as a gift under the pillow is an unachievable luxury.

We all believe in magic and miracles. And even we, adults, sometimes want someone to come and fulfill our dream. Especially on the eve of St. Nicholas Day. At this time, the children cannot fall asleep at all, looking under the pillow and waiting for a miracle to happen, while adults quietly guard the door, in order to finally put a small piece of magic for their lovely child.

But, unfortunately, not all parents can give their child even a sweet gift, because money is enough only for the most necessary groceries. During six years, on the eve of the St. Nicholas, we have been buying and giving families food packages, in which we put fruit and sweets for children with necessary food products (cereals, pasta, sugar, butter, etc.). For six years our organization has been providing a holiday to children from 90 families who are in difficult life circumstances. These are scanty-means, large families, families of which children with disabilities are brought up. We know that every child deserves to be visited by St. Nicholas and be given a gift.

But this year the holiday may go down. Our project does not have enough funds for 90 sweet gifts for children of such families, and without your help these children may lose their faith in miracles. We ask you to help raise funds for sweet gifts for 90 families who are at risk to be deprived of a holiday due to lack amount of 8000 hryvnia .

Hopefully, due to your assistance it may come true! Refresh your memory about the warmest childhood holiday. Let’s help these children extend their childhood for one more year.
