Sunny fashion show at UKFW

Every seventh hundred kid in the world is born with Down syndrome – a genetic disease caused by the presence of an extra chromosome. Children with this diagnosis are also called "sunny". And how wonderful that, despite all the circumstances, today they can live life to the fullest and teach other people to be so bright and open.

Ukrainian Kid’s Fashion Week (UKFW) is held in Ukraine every season, where talented designers present children's clothes and accessories, and "sunny" children open each such children's fashion week. Little princes in tailcoats, princesses in lush dresses, fairies with magic wands and real kings with no less real crowns. That's right, all of them are in bright costumes, each in his own way creatively walking on the children's catwalk. That's how the show of clothes and accessories begins.

For the children – it's a real joy, for their parents – a great opportunity to share experiences, and for the organizers – a way to show another example of socialization of children with Down syndrome and encourage other companies to invite "sunny" children on excursions to interest them in choosing the future profession.

This season, Ukrainian Kid's Fashion Week took place on August 27-29. It is wonderful that children with Down syndrome were able to reopen the show, demonstrate their bright outfits and new "numbers" with which they went out to the audience. On the website dobro.ua we collect funds to pay for the rental of premises for the Ukrainian Kid's Fashion Week. Yes, the event has already passed, but the invoice from the organizers must be paid.
