Saving sight for Dmytryk

The project "Saving Sight for Dmytrok" was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange "Ukrainian Charity Exchange" dobro.ua, the purpose of which is to raise funds for the treatment of Dmytro Leonidovich Kuryat, whose diagnosis is Dislocation of the lens of both eyes.
The website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange "UBB" collected funds in the amount of UAH 43,400.00. With the funds collected through the website dobro.ua, the "I Hope and Believe" Foundation purchased:

• 1 set of medical materials necessary for an ophthalmological operation worth UAH 20,200.00, and transferred on July 16, 2025 to the father of the child Kuryat L.A.
• 1 set of medical materials necessary for an ophthalmological operation worth UAH 20,200.53, and transferred on August 06, 2025 to the father of the child Kuryat L.A.

In accordance with letter No. 01.01.11 dated 01.11.24, the implementation of the project was postponed, since as a result of an enemy missile hitting one of the buildings of the Children's Hospital "Okhmatdyt" on July 8, 2024, expensive equipment on which ophthalmological operations were performed was damaged.
In this regard, our foundation CF "I Hope and Believe" requested a detailed report by December 2025.
Due to errors in the documents from the contractors, the provision of reports was delayed.
The eye operations were performed using laser surgery by doctors from the Center for Eye Microsurgery of "Okhmatdyt". The operations were successful. After the operations and examination by specialists, the child was prescribed eye drops and discharged home.
The remaining funds in the amount of UAH 2,999.47 were used by the aid operator for administrative needs (payment for cargo transportation).
The “I Hope and I Believe” Foundation is sincerely grateful to the donors of the “UBB” Foundation for the support of Dmytro Leonidovich Kuryat.
