Sviatoslav is always ready to help others and takes his responsibilities seriously. He has many friends and loves animals dearly. His passions are music and computer technology. In the future he dreams of becoming a programmer, creating his own websites and games.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, Sviatoslav experienced constant stress, as artillery and drone strikes rang out nearby. At the age of 10 he was admitted to Okhmatdyt hospital, where he was diagnosed with diabetes. From that moment on, the child's life changed fundamentally: daily finger pricks, insulin injections, a strict diet, and constant carbohydrate counting became part of his daily routine.
Sviatoslav is forced to monitor his blood sugar continuously. Unfortunately, this requires frequent and painful measurements. Today there are modern solutions available – in particular, continuous glucose monitoring sensors that attach to the child's body and transmit readings to a phone. This significantly eases the management of his condition and makes life safer.
However, the cost of such sensors is very high for the family. That is why Sviatoslav's mother is reaching out to caring people with a request to help provide her son with monitoring for a certain period, in order to ease his daily life and ensure stable health management.
Every contribution you make is support and hope for Sviatoslav!
