Before the disease, Alina loved to dance. She could express the beauty in movement. Cancer in the leg changed her life, but it didn’t kill her desire for beauty. Now Alina spends every minute free from chemotherapy on creativity. She expresses her moods in the colors of the paintings. However, her dream of dancing remains. Her leg can be saved if surgery is performed in time and the affected bone is replaced with a donor one.

Since last year, the doctors of the Cancer Institute have been successfully performing such surgeries. The donor bone will allow Alina to live a normal life because after engraftment it will grow with the child and eventually become like her own. The cost of such an implant is about 110,000 UAH. The single mother raising three daughters cannot find such an amount.

Fortunately, the family is not left alone without help. Almost half of the required amount has already been transferred to the organization’s account as a charitable donation. We need to raise the rest before the surgery. Let’s give Alina her life dance!
