Little Diana suffered severe asphyxia during birth and suffered brain damage. Now the baby is one and a half years old, but she still cannot hold her head, turn over and sit on her own. Diana does not play with toys and does not respond to appeals – the girl has a gross delay in psychomotor development. In addition, she struggles with epileptic encephalopathy and suffers from frequent seizures.
This bright girl needs constant rehabilitation: physical therapy, massages, classes with a speech therapist, correctional teacher and other specialists – all this helps Diana develop and improve her condition. The girl is making progress, which makes her relatives very happy.
However, in order to consolidate these successes, treatment should not be interrupted. Diana now needs to go to a rehabilitation center for a new course of therapy, and her family lacks funds for this. The girl has great chances to start sitting, standing and even walking, but without rehabilitation they will be missed. Let's not allow this!
