Going through application forms of beneficiaries of Foundation, we hear voices full of pain, despair and loss behind every letter. We are trying to improve life of these elderly by providing them with support, medication and needed things. Very often the list of needed things is starting with tonometer.
Every day for our beneficiaries is a battle for surviving. Age multiplied on impact of chronic stress is one of the main factors for developing of cardio vascular diseases. It is weird that such easy thing as measuring of blood pressure, besides controlling and preventive function also has psychological aspects. Natalia Grygorivna, while measuring blood pressure of her husband, with whom she is together for 50 years, is calming down – heart is ok, beloved Valera is safe,
And Veteran of the World War II, Mykola Myhailovych, feels secure and stable after measuring blood pressure.
For them this routine action is one of the ways to cope with stress, which helps to cope with what happened and continue to build life in new circumstances.
We are turning to all those who care, to take part in the campaign to raise funds for purchasing of tonometers for 15 elderly beneficiaries of CF 'Everybody Can'. Total amount needed is 4 933,00 UAH.
