In a constant struggle for life

The project "In a constant struggle for life" was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, dobro.ua, the purpose of which is to raise funds for the treatment of Formanyuk Dmytro Valeriyovych, whose diagnosis is Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus type 1.
The website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, UBB, collected funds in the amount of UAH 28,200.00. With the funds collected through the website dobro.ua, the "I Hope and Believe" Foundation purchased:

• 10 pcs. of Blood Glucose Sensors (China) in the amount of UAH 26,200.00

which were transferred on December 28, 2025 to the mother of the child, Formanyuk T.V.

Due to the fact that the process of purchasing medicines and medical materials (devices) and receiving reporting documents may be delayed, our foundation has applied to the UBB ICF with a request to allow reporting by December 2026 (letter No. 01.19.12 dated 12/19/2025).
Thanks to the help of caring people, Dmytro Valeriyovych Formaniuk received the medical equipment necessary for treatment. The remaining funds in the amount of UAH 2,000.00 were used by the aid operator for administrative needs (payment of utility services).
The I Hope and Believe Foundation is sincerely grateful to the donors of the UBB ICF for their support of Dmytro Valeriyovych Formaniuk.
