Vania’s way to freedom of movement!

The life of little Ivan did not begin with the embrace of her mother, but with the intensive care unit. The boy spent two weeks in the intensive care unit, where doctors did everything possible for him. Vania was discharged a month later, but the oxygen starvation that the child experienced after birth did not pass without a trace. After some time, diagnoses of cerebral palsy and microcephaly appeared in the medical record of Ivan. 

Ivan's mother immediately began to look for treatment and recovery. Vania regularly takes courses in the Kiev Center for Brain Stimulation, has already visited the rehabilitation clinic in Truskavets several times. In addition, Tatiana daily deals with her son at home. Charging, swimming pool, rehabilitologist: compulsory items to be carried out in Ivan's daily routine.

Thanks to persistent pursuits, the boy makes great progress. Vania is better focused, keeps eye contact, understands the speech. After the last trip to Truskavets, the boy learned to stand with support, sit on his own, watch cartoons with interest, learn new sounds, and most importantly, learn to laugh! After each trip, Vanya’s head volume increases. In the Rehabilitation Clinic, Vanya is taught to crawl, this is given to him the hardest because the pens do not work well.

Ivan will be 6 years old in April. Favorite activities of the boy: listen to music with headphones, watch cartoons, play musical toys. And thanks to the mastered new sounds, Vania is now "singing" merrily. In order for Vanya to continue to gain knowledge and skills and not lose already acquired, regular rehabilitation courses are needed. By May 13, Vania is expected in Truskavets, and the family does not have the means to do so. The new course will cost 12 366 UAH. Tatiana alone brings up a seriously ill child and paying for all rehabilitation courses and classes is an unbearable burden for her. Please support Vania! He can't cope without you!
