Easter baskets for lonely elderly people

Today, lonely elderly people are overlooked by most people. Sometimes without a surviving store nearby, or money, the elderly do not live, but survive in the current conditions of war. Often without the support of their relatives, they can only hope for a miracle, or for volunteers and all the caring people who support charitable projects. 

In order to help the elderly and give them at least a little peace and joy for the Easter holiday, Let's Help Charity Foundation is once again initiating an annual fundraiser for holiday food baskets in 2024. 

The purpose of the Easter Baskets project is to provide lonely elderly people with basic holiday sets for Easter. One set of Easter baskets includes a festive Easter cake, a greeting card, and a basic holiday food set. The cost of one such Easter basket is UAH 820.00 (the cost may vary depending on changes in market prices). The shipment will be made at the expense of the foundation. We plan to deliver the kits to 200 lonely elderly people.

The aid will be sent to the Dnipro region (Sinelnykivskyi district, Mezhova village), which is currently one of the regions of Ukraine most affected by the hostilities. The beneficiaries are elderly people who, for various reasons, do not have family support and are unable to leave and provide themselves with everything they need on a regular basis.
