Easter gift for the disadvantaged

By being mercy to one's neighbor, everyone brings his soul to God. This is especially true on the eve of the celebration of the Resurrection of Christ. Therefore, dear benefactors, supporters and just good people, today I want to appeal to you to help create a holiday for those families who have no financial means to cover the holiday table and happily meet bright day in the calendar of every Christian.

Now we aim to prepare Easter basket for 65 families who find themselves in difficult circumstances and internally displaced persons. It's symbolic. Basket, means our lives, our hearts, and food - things, our works. The consumption of food has consecrated us remember that whatever we do, we do for the glory of God! For men, seeing our good works and glorify God who is in heaven.

Every year, the cost of a product set steadily increasing. This is due to the rise in food prices. There is an ever greater number of families of concern Charitable Foundation "Caritas Khmelnitsky." Today, under our tutelage has 246 children (65 families) from large, crisis, poor and internally displaced families from the east Ukraine and Crimea. For a long time we helped this unfortunate own people, but today our resources are exhausted! A significant portion of the amount was raised via donations Khmelnytsky concerned. Currently we lack 12 000 UAH for the purchase of 65 food packages.

Why is this so important? It's simple. Employees charity almost every day to communicate with their families, who for various reasons are not able even to buy bread for their children, not to mention meat, dairy products and sweets. Such families who find themselves in poverty remained one-on-one with their problems. Children growing up in these families have become hostages of the situation and forced to endure hunger and hardship.

Providing Easter basket has several goals. First, the children really need our help, and food – that is what we all need every day. Secondly, we want them to feel this good time and God's love and grace.

So do not be indifferent to the problems of our young countrymen, because their needs are not as great - just a meal for survival!
