Artem's life is a story of unconditional parental love and care: a boy from childhood chained to bed and in need of constant care. And his parents need our support to cope with the trials that befell their family. It is especially difficult for them now, when they had to urgently flee the war to another city, taking with them only a minimum number of essentials.

Hypotonic tetraparesis, muscular dystrophy, protein-energy deficiency, epileptic syndrome… – Artem's medical card is full of diagnoses. The child is not able to move or sit – he can't even eat on his own: a special probe has been installed, through which the nutrient mixture enters the body. It is the presence of such things as special food, care products, clean and dry bedding, mother's hugs – provides a decent life for the boy. The family tries to give Artem everything he needs to feel safe and comfortable, but there are days when his mother thinks about what will happen if there is not enough money for the next package of the mixture.

When there is a child in the family with a severe diagnosis, it is painful and difficult, but when there are two such children, it is twice as difficult and scary. Artem has an even younger sister who has a severe cystic fibrosis disease and needs expensive lifelong treatment. Every morning the toddler goes to his older brother's bed, hugs him and says, "Get up, Thomas, let's play"...
