On October 24, 2022, the project "Let's restore the Izyum hospital together!" was posted on the website dobro.ua, the purpose of which was to raise funds for the purchase of medical equipment for the Central City Hospital of Pischanska Bogomateri (Izyum) in the amount of 1 UAH 215,400.00
Most of the funds were already collected in November 2022, so we decided not to wait for the end of the collection, but to provide the hospital with the necessary equipment and withdraw the amount of UAH 969,040.00
We received funds to the account of our Foundation on 11/18/2022, and on 11/21/2022 the necessary equipment was paid for in the form of a steam sterilizer (1 pc.), electrocardiographs (2 pcs.), electrosurgical devices (2 pcs.) for the total amount 873,000.00 And the equipment itself was delivered to the hospital already on November 25, 2022.
The balance of unused funds amounted to UAH 96,040. After the transfer of the equipment, an interim report was issued.
We continued to raise funds for the project, and in September 2023, fundraising for the project was stopped due to slow fundraising. The amount for the project was reduced to the amount actually collected, namely UAH 1,003,090.00. and the required balance of funds in the amount of UAH 31,960.00 was withdrawn for the purchase of the necessary medical equipment for the hospital in the form of an air sterilizer, hospital mattresses (10 pcs.) and surgical suction cups (2 pcs.) for the total amount of UAH 128,000.00. The medical equipment purchased in 2023 is slightly different from that specified when the project was placed, as the needs of the hospital have changed over the long fundraising period.
The balance of the collected funds in the amount of UAH 2,090.00. we ask you to dispose of it in accordance with the Rules, Principles and Procedures of the Board of Directors of the MBF "UBB".
The total amount of funds realized under the project is UAH 1,001,000.00.
