Vika was born on the 4th day of the full-scale invasion, when the family was living in Kyiv region. Immediately after the baby came into the world, it became clear: something was wrong with the girl. On the second day of her life, Vika fell into a coma and showed no signs of life for 8 whole days: a ventilator helped her breathe, and IVs supported her condition. After 2 weeks in intensive care, the girl was diagnosed with brain swelling, movement disorder syndrome, seizures, and microcephaly.

Fortunately, Vika survived, but she is still fighting the illness. The treatment that was started on time continues. And it's worth noting that it brings results. Perhaps to some they may seem small, but in reality this is good progress.

"Thanks to rehabilitation and the professionalism of the people working with Vika, we see a huge step forward in our daughter's development. Her spasticity has decreased, she has developed an interest in exploring the world around her, and her sleep has improved," says Vika's mother.

Rehabilitation needs to continue, but the family has no funds for it. Therefore, we ask all caring people to join our fundraiser and give Vika the opportunity to go to rehabilitation again! And she will definitely win
