Vira needs support for cancer treatment

Fate is not very favorable to this strong-willed woman. Her built and established life was first destroyed by the war in the East of Ukraine. And then there was also cancer. But despite all the difficulties, Vira continues to look to the future with optimism and is trying to get out of a difficult situation on her own.

She is raising two teenage children alone: ​​a 16-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter. After the events of 2014, Vira and her children were forced to leave Donetsk and are now renting an apartment in Kiev. Since 2013, back in Donetsk, Vira was treated for a stroke, which she was diagnosed with by mistake. Judging by the results of the MRI, already then she began to develop a tumor.

Vira is a witty, cheerful, kind and sympathetic person. Despite the experience and the accomplished life, she continues to develop, loves to learn and is not afraid of new things. After graduating from the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​in Donetsk, she worked as a translator, then as an English teacher, then as a realtor. For the past year she has been working for Lindstrom as a leading key account manager. "I always work hard, I never asked for money or help," Vira says. "But all the money saved up for further education for my children has already gone to me for the operation and the first course of chemotherapy". Vira reads a lot, loves theater, and has always visited the gym regularly. This year she planned to learn to ride a horse and dance samba, but life has made its own adjustments ...

She really wants to live for herself, for her children, for their future.

At the moment, Vira needs 11 more chemotherapy courses. The doctors prescribed Temodal, Avastin, Natulan, Vincristine. All of these drugs are very expensive. To support the woman in her treatment, we are opening a fundraiser for the amount of 22 401 UAH for the purchase of 2 pack of the Avastin 100 mg. Vira is forced to seek support, since there is no one to help her.
