All stories of children living with cerebral palsy are about pain, hard work and small victories. Anatolii Zvonovskyi has been living with cerebral palsy for 18 years. He has it in a complex form: he does not walk on his own, cannot look after himself in everyday life, does not speak well enough but draws pictures. For Anatolii, it is vitally important to undergo regular rehabilitation.

Classes in the specialized rehabilitation center help relieve muscle tone and relax muscles themselves. It is also very important to strengthen the whole body physically. Anatolii needs rehabilitation very soon but unfortunately his family has no money to pay for it.

Behind every child with a similar diagnosis there is always some kind of angel. Anatolii is fortunate having his mother as his angel. She spends 24 hours a day with her son. She is his hands, his legs and she is in general his whole world. Having abandoned her career, this mother devoted her life to Anatolii: caring for him, giving him massages, helping his development. Thanks to his mother, Anatolii does not give up: he has a thirst for life and interest in everything new. The guy is fond of music, he likes communication, animals. He does a lot at home on his own: he makes mosaics, does puzzles. Such activities help him to develop good motor skills in his hands, which, due to spasticity, do not do their job as they’re meant to.

Such homework does not replace full-fledged rehabilitation, it only complements it. Rehabilitation still plays a major role in the state of health of every person living with cerebral palsy. Unfortunately, the cost of rehabilitation is unbearable for the Zvonovskyi family. Therefore, mother asks for help to collect funds. Only two-weeks of rehabilitation will greatly simplify Anatolii’s life and reduce pain a little. Please help this guy!
