Vladyk suffers from diabetes

Vladyslavchik is a kind and cheerful 9-year-old boy who has been suffering from diabetes for a year. Last summer, the boy's life began to change. In July, Vlad started drinking a lot of water and lost weight. Doctors recommended that he have his blood tested for sugar. At that time, the boy's blood sugar was 4 times higher than normal. An ambulance took the child to the hospital, where Vladyka was immediately put in intensive care. He stayed there for 3 days. In the endocrinology department of the hospital, the boy was diagnosed with insulin-dependent type 1 diabetes.

It took a long time for the boy's mother to get used to his illness, and they learned to live in a new way together. In order not to prick her son's fingers 10 times a day, there are sensors that give notifications when sugar is high or low. This is very convenient, especially at night. Parents cannot afford to buy them all the time. His mother is not working now, because she has to constantly monitor the child until he learns to count carbohydrates in food, take injections, monitor glucose levels, and make accurate calculations of food through the scales. The father does not live with them. The situation is complicated by the fact that Vlad's mother is also seriously ill, she has breast cancer.

Vlad tries to lead a normal life, he goes to training in sports acrobatics, loves to build with lego. The boy needs our help.
