She dreams of becoming an artist

Thirteen years ago, a daughter was born in the Grabynski family, I named her Oleksandra. Oleksandra was born with spinal defects, but the little ones helped with the massage and everything seemed to fall into place. Then the girl grew and there was nothing strange and unusual in her development.

When she was 5 years old, she began to feel dizzy, she underwent an examination and the doctors advised her to change her place of residence. The family moved from the city to the village, and the dizziness ended. Oleksandra went to school, everything seemed fine, commissions were passed every year and the doctors did not see any deviations.

In 2018, during the examination, doctors discovered that the girl had poor eyesight. The doctor diagnosed Myopia, prescribed training glasses, drops and pills. The doctor decided that she had a pinched nerve and it needed to be worked out, and that it would last a lifetime. Oleksandra practiced with these glasses for half a year, but no improvements were detected. Time passed and the vision decreased even more.

In 2022, in the month of June, my aunt saw that the family had financial difficulties and decided to help us. She took Oleksandra to an ophthalmologist to make her glasses. The optician referred us to OKHMATDYT with suspicion of Marfan syndrome. Mother and daughter went to OKHMATDYT and an ophthalmologist and a geneticist confirmed the diagnosis. Now Oleksandra needs to undergo lens replacement surgery on both eyes.

Oleksandra loves to draw and she is very good at it. She also likes chemistry and physical education. She has a lot of friends and she studies well at school. Oleksandra is an active girl, at school she performs at various holidays and participates in Olympiads in various subjects. Oleksandra dreams of becoming an artist in the future.

The Grabovski family has many children. Oleksandra has two more brothers and two sisters. The family does not have the funds to purchase the necessary materials to perform the operation. Mother asks to help Alexandra to do this operation so that she can realize her dreams and become an artist.
