Let’s save little Matvii together

Matvii is still very small, but his life has already turned into a real struggle. Doctors discovered a brain tumor in the young boy.

Active, cheerful, and sincere, Matvii loves to play, discover new things, enjoy educational toys, and spend time outdoors. He looks at other children with curiosity and yearns for social interaction.

Warm and loving relationships prevail in Matvii's family. His parents have only one dream – to see their son healthy and happy.

Matvii is still so young that he doesn't fully understand what is happening to him. However, all the examinations, hospitals, and procedures frighten him deeply.

Doctors monitored the malignant tumor for some time, but it grew very rapidly and required immediate removal to prevent Matvii from losing vital functions. There was no more time to delay the surgery; therefore, in February, Matvii underwent an urgent operation to save his life. A long and difficult path of treatment, recovery, and the fight for their son’s life lies ahead for the family.

To ensure the intervention happened on time, the supplier provided the necessary surgical supplies in advance and agreed to wait for payment while the fundraising is ongoing. However, almost 131,000 UAH is a staggering amount for the family. The mother is currently on maternity leave, the father works seasonally, and relatives help as much as they can. Unfortunately, their own resources are simply not enough.

Matviichyk deserves a happy childhood – filled with games, walks, first discoveries, and carefree days with his parents.
