11-year-old Ilya, who has a congenital heart defect – an open arterial duct – needs your help. This defect prevents the boy's heart from beating normally and causes complications throughout the body. Without your help, Ilya's heart and life are in danger. Now he urgently needs to undergo surgery to install a heart implant. The Amosov Institute doctors will perform the surgery free of charge, but you need to buy the heart implant itself. We ask you to save Dmytro's life!

Ilya's family had already fled the war in 2014 from Donetsk. Then they moved to Odesa and hoped that their worst nightmare was over. In 2022, the new reality caught up with them, and along with the Russian troops, constant bombardment came to the territory of our country. Odesa is no exception. Constant fear for life is accompanied by a child's heart disease. Ilya, who dreams of playing sports and riding a bicycle, has to constantly limit himself in all his movements. Because it is the heart that can fail and cause harm. But it can be fixed.

To undergo surgery at the Amosov Institute, it is necessary to purchase a heart implant, which costs almost one hundred thousand hryvnias. For a family of IDPs who live in a rented apartment and lost everything they had because of the war, and whose mother has a disability, this amount is unaffordable.
