Save the Andrusenko Vania's heart

Vania is only 9 years old, and he has already undergone two complex heart operations. The boy was born with a very complex heart defect – atresia of the pulmonary artery type 2 with an interventricular septal defect and communicative vessels. Vanya is very hard to breathe, the child cannot lead a normal life, he doesn’t even attend school, but studies at home according to a special program. Two operations gave results only for a while so that the boy could continue a full life, now doctors insist on conducting operations, which, unfortunately, are rarely performed in Ukraine due to expensive equipment. 

Up to three months, parents did not know that Vania was born sick. At three months, the boy began to breathe heavily, and he was immediately sent to the hospital with pneumonia. In the medical institution, parents were stunned: Vania had a heart defect. At the Institute of Amos, the diagnosis was confirmed, after which they performed the first operation. When Vania was one year old and he began to walk, he developed cyanosis, it became increasingly difficult for the boy to breathe. At one and a half years, Ivan underwent a second operation. During the last consultation, the doctor said that now it is urgently necessary to do another radical operation.

She is considered difficult, but only she can save the life of Vania! A boy is given a conduit (biological implant) in the pulmonary artery. Conduit helps to direct the blood flow to the pulmonary artery, and the boy starts breathing normally. To cure the little boy's heart, he urgently needs to acquire a biological implant. Doctors give only two weeks to save Vanya’s hearts! Therefore, the result is very dependent on the time of the operation.

For the Andrusenko family, the sum of 214,500 UAH is a cosmic sum. With the help of relatives and friends, they managed to collect only 50,000 UAH. But the rest – 164 500 UAH – they will not be able to collect by themselves. The family asks for help: help save the life of their little son!
