Marynochka Golovko was born in the town Chuguev, Kharkov region. When she was two years old, the parents noticed that the eyes of the daughter began to mow. The mother with a child turned to an ophthalmologist, but the doctor found nothing serious. It took another two weeks. The mother drew attention to the yellow glow in one eye of a daughter and led her to the survey.
Than began a wandering from one hospital to another, but doctors could not anything specific to say. Then it was decided to send the girl to Odessa clinic named Filatova. Thereafter a series of tests the doctors found a definitive diagnosis of retinoblastoma in both eyes.This dangerous disease only occurs in children and can be completely rid the child of eyesight. At the clinic of Filatova doctors held to Maryna a laser coagulation. It was necessary to stop the growth of tumors, and doctors prescribed chemotherapy treatment.
Now the child is the first course of chemotherapy in hematology department of Kharkiv hospital. The girl needs an expensive drug Alkeran in quantity of three vials for total amount 24 233 UAH.
Golovko family lives quite modestly. Maryna has an older sister, a schoolgirl, she is 10 years old. Their mother worked as the seller in the market, and now she is the youngest daughter in the hospital. The father is mobilized, he is in the anti-terrorist operation. Medicines are very expensive but the child needs to treat, the time is running out.
The parents of Maryna are addressing with the request of help to all caring people: "Help, please, save the eyesight of daughter! Support our girl!".
