The charity dining room, which has been operating at our foundation for many years, is the only place in the town where elderly, sick and helpless people can get hot tasty lunch, understanding, acceptance and support due to their physical disability and other physical or mental health defects. Every day, about 30 of those in need come to the dining room, which is the most difficult time of their lives, without which they would not have survived.

The charity dining room, which has been operating at our foundation for many years, is the only place in the town where elderly, sick and helpless people can get hot tasty lunch, understanding, acceptance and support due to their physical disability and other physical or mental health defects. Every day, about 30 of those in need come to the dining room, which is the most difficult time of their lives, without which they would not have survived. 

Most often, these people are lonely – they do not have children or other close people who would care about them, and if so, those who refused to help elderly and sick relatives. Each of them has its own story, but what is common is that they all today need our help. It is not easy for everyone now, but the hardest thing for such people who are neither physically nor financially able to take care of themselves. They are just helpless and totally dependent on others.
At present, such people are mostly at risk for sickness and the elderly and cannot leave the house to get food from us, so volunteers and fund-raisers bring lunch and essentials to these old, frail and sick people every day. It helps them to survive. And that makes us human. It gives us a chance to show our humanity, charity and lend a helping hand to those who are most in need.

Everyone can help to the best of their ability – by donating a few hryvnias or visiting with a simple but delicious meal to these needy needy at home. Therefore, we appeal to everyone whose heart is touched by someone else's misery: to save someone's fragile lives does not require a lot of money or effort – each of us can without sacrifice for this charity a very small amount – for example, the cost of a cup of coffee or a serving of ice cream or a movie ticket, and as a result, we save a few dozen lonely, sick, elderly people together from the silent death of whom, except for us and you, there is nothing else to expect help from.
