Food for the poorest. 7

Charity dining is often the only place where our funders can get their food. And more often than not – this food is for the sole purpose of the whole day... The destinies and circumstances of these elderly, sick, infirm people have evolved in different ways. But now they are all united by the need to ask for the help of those who are not indifferent to someone else's misery, because, because of illness and old age, they can no longer provide themselves with even the most necessary food for life.

Charity dining is often the only place where our funders can get their food. And more often than not – this food is for the sole purpose of the whole day... The destinies and circumstances of these elderly, sick, infirm people have evolved in different ways. But now they are all united by the need to ask for the help of those who are not indifferent to someone else's misery, because, because of illness and old age, they can no longer provide themselves with even the most necessary food for life. 

The pension paid by the state to each of them, to those who have worked honestly all their lives, is sufficient only for medicines and utility bills. And sometimes for some kind of food to somehow get through day by day... It is sad and unfortunate, but there are many such people who have become superfluous, forgotten, left alone with old age and disease. About 30 wards come to our Charity Dining Room each day, and those who are no longer able to come to our health center alone, our volunteers visit, help and bring food.

Each of us can join and become those who help these disadvantaged people to survive, to receive, in addition to food, also a kind word and belief that someone remembers and cares for them. By joining this project and donating just a few hryvnias or more – as many as his heart tells us, we can, in the truest sense of the word, save someone's life, fill the kindness and care of those lonely, sick and elderly who need it!
