Protect Veronika!

Veronika has a severe rare disease – cystic fibrosis. The girl's entire body is working with disorders. She needs daily treatment to live and breathe.

Since her diagnosis at the age of 1.5 months, Veronika's entire life has been a schedule of medications, inhalations and physiotherapy. The family is doing everything to improve their daughter's condition. And they succeed: at the age of 9, Veronika dances, draws, rides a bike and learns to cook - she does everything that an ordinary girl might be interested in. But this life also has many difficult moments: shortness of breath due to thick sputum in the lungs, waking up in the morning to have time to do inhalations and physiotherapy exercises before school starts.

Veronika's life is divided into periods of being at home and frequent periods of hospitalization in a hospital, because her body is highly vulnerable to various infections due to cystic fibrosis. The mandatory protection for a person with cystic fibrosis is to have all the vaccinations according to the calendar: both those provided by the state and those that have to be done at their own expense. Now it's time for the papillomavirus vaccine, but the price is too high for Veronika's family. 

In addition, the girl needs a breathing simulator and sets of inhaler replacements for daily exercises. This is what helps to cleanse the lungs and breathe freely on a daily basis. The collection also includes grocery certificates to support the family in this difficult time.
