Artem has passed away. Our condolences to his parents and relatives. A year ago Artem’s mother got shocked by the doctors’ diagnosis: cancer. Artem was a year old at that time. The woman set a goal – to stay ALIVE for the sake of her long-awaited son. She gathered all her strength and overcame her terrible disease. It all passed and it seemed that a happy life was ahead of them. But the same disease came from the other direction. Little Artem was diagnosed with a brain tumor!

Symptoms of Artem’s disease appeared spontaneously. The boy began to vomit. Of course, his parents brought him to the hospital. The doctors made all kinds of diagnoses: either stomach or pancreas problems or poisoning or virus. Time passed… When the boy has convulsions he was sent for a CT scan and in such way a tumor was detected. It was quite large, that’s why the doctors of the local hospital decided to install a shunt system to regulate a cranial pressure. After that the boy was sent to the Institute of Neurosurgery. The parents went to the Institute in the capital but it turned out that for a surgery a long list of materials were required but they were not available at the hospital.

The parents ask for help because they cannot cope on their own!
