Hygiene products for orphanages in the front zone

From the very beginning of hostilities in eastern Ukraine, our foundation has begun activities aimed at helping the most vulnerable and vulnerable segments of the population living in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Such wards, first of all, include children in shelters, boarding schools and centers of social and psychological rehabilitation. While in these facilities, our volunteers observed an acute shortage of items and equipment such as bedding, towels, hygiene products and household chemicals to maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness in the rooms where children live. Therefore, in October 2020, we turned to the Ukrainian Charity Exchange for help in raising funds and through it to caring people, thanks to whom we managed to implement the project "Hygiene products for orphans in the frontline zone" and raise UAH 15,000.00. for the purchase of necessary things and hygiene products for children and adolescents in the shelters of Donetsk region. The project will now improve the general sanitation of rooms and personal children's items, their health and well-being, because children will receive such simple and basic, but such necessary for everyday life things and tools. Purchases were made in the following stores: "Epicenter K" hypermarket, Khmelnytskyi, registered at the address: Khmelnytskyi, 11/4 Zarichanska Street, tel. (0382) 78-47-66; Credence Feniche LLC, registered at the address: Rivne, 117 Soborna Street, office 42, tel: (096) 9681734 and in Dominic 777 LLC, registered at the address: Vinnytsia, 4 Yangelya Street, tel. +038 (0442) 55 -57-77. Goods were purchased for the total amount of UAH 14999, 85namely: 30.11.2020 in the amount of UAH 2281 98 kopecks (towels), 02.12.2020 in the amount of UAH 2842.01 kopecks (mattress) and 09.12.2020 in the amount of UAH 9875. 86 kopecks (hygiene and household chemicals) and transferred in accordance with the act of writing off from 12.12.2020 The wards and employees of the foundation express their sincere gratitude to the Ukrainian Charity Exchange for the provided support and assistance, as well as for the constant assistance in the implementation of various projects aimed at helping the needy.
