Thanks to the funds raised, rehabilitation funds were purchased for single elderly people who are beneficiaries of the Palliative Care at Home project. The Rehabilitation Tools for the Elderly project aims to help lonely elderly people, who are today one of the most vulnerable in Ukraine. Kharkiv Regional Charitable Foundation "Social Assistance Service" has been implementing the "Palliative Care at Home" project since 2011. During this time we have supported many elderly people, providing them with social, medical and psychological services. Today, walkers are in great demand. Thanks to the funds raised, we were able to purchase 13 walkers and hand them over to beneficiaries.
