Comfort in a loving family

Olena Mykolayivna and Oleksandr Anatoliyovych live in Kamyansky in the Dnipropetrovsk region. At first glance it is a simple loving family, but it is something more than humanity and kindness. The Shendryk families are unique, bright people who created a shelter for abandoned children almost ten years ago. Shendryk Olena Mykolayivna and Oleksandr Anatoliyovych in 2011 created a family-type orphanage on the basis of their family. The man has the status of the participant of anti-terrorist operation. In 2014, he volunteered to defend Ukraine.

 Currently, parents are raising 8 children. Three girls aged 6, 9, 16 and 5 boys aged 5 to 15.

The family is very active, they love sports and creativity. In their free time, children go in for cycling, taekwondo, drawing, and beadwork. Children also develop their own YouTube channel (Kolyariki). The family loves to relax in nature. They have long dreamed of creating their own house on wheels to travel with children to different countries and show their travels on the YouTube channel.

This family is the clearest example of the fact that only a family can give real warmth to a child. Even if they are not native children. Elena Nikolaevna and Alexander Anatolyevich bring up children in the warmest family values. And so I want to make them a special gift that they really deserve. The family has a large house with a heating boiler. Therefore, the boiler is more than twenty-five years old, it was brought used from Germany and it is high time to replace it with a new one. And there is a catastrophic lack of funds for this.

This project has a very important goal – to raise funds for the purchase of a boiler that will heat the whole family in this cold season. That in the winter they were warmed not only by love, but also in the house it was warm and cozy.
