It’s vital for Maksym to continue treatment. Despite the worldwide quarantine and all the other troubles around, he shouldn’t give up. Thanks to the funds raised at UBB, the boy has completed more than one course according to the protocol, which includes metronomic chemotherapy and the targeted drug Avastin.

Follow-up examinations indicate the effectiveness of this treatment. However, without our support Maksym will not be able to go on as these drugs are not available in the hospital and their delivery is not in the plan.

At the moment, Maksym, like all kids with cancer, is in strict quarantine and is awaiting the next administration of the drug which must happen soon. Each injection brings Maksym closer to returning home, to his brother and dad. The boy understands it, so he courageously endures injections and separation from his family. Let’s help Maksym get back to his childhood life!
