Changes to the project

Dear donors, thank you sincerely for supporting our project! Changes occurred during the project's implementation. In our initial proposal, we sought funding to cover a nurse's salary and the purchase of medications. However, current circumstances have led to a shortage of medical personnel; even the local outpatient clinics in our area are facing a lack of medical staff.

The nursing position at our facility is currently vacant, so these duties are being performed by a social educator who stays with the children around the clock and is responsible for their health. This educator accompanies the children to the clinic, ensures that doctors' orders are followed, and monitors the children's health status. Therefore, we used the project funds to compensate the social educator for performing the duties of a nurse.
