Halyna Ivanovna is from a family of collective farmers. Her mother worked in the field, the father was a stableman. The family had many children: the parents raised 7 children and Halyna was the second child. Then there were difficult times, it was hard to live. It had to work hard to support the family. The children helped their parents. Galina was no exception, she also worked with her mother. After leaving school, the girl entered the Zhitomir technical school of land management. She worked for some time as a land surveyor, and then at a boarding school as a cook. The work of a cook is hard and the woman was forced to leave it for health reasons.

Together with her husband, they raised two children: the son and  daughter. They are already adults, live separately from their parents, have their own families. Halyna Vladimirovna's husband is already retired.

In January of this year, the woman had a heart attack. "My heart tingled, - says Halyna Vladimirovna, - but not much." However, things got worse, she was picked up by an ambulance. In Rivne, she was  operated on and placed stents. Since then, the woman has been constantly taking medication. The spouses live on the husband's pension, it is minimal. Halyna Vladimirovna cannot work yet for health reasons. And medications need to be taken every day. And also need to keep your diet.

“Before, when I was healthy,- says the woman,  we kept a large farm, there was also a cow. And now the cat, the dog and the chickens". Physically, a woman cannot do anything. “Yes, I'll cook dinner, wash the dishes, and that's all,”  - says Halyna Vladimirovna.

Halyna Vladimirovna loved to cross-stitch both towels and napkins. However, now her favorite pastime had to be postponed - her eyesight fails, a woman cannot see without glasses. Previously, she both baked bread and pies, but now it is very difficult to knead the dough. “I can’t go downhill,” - Halyna Vladimirovna complains,  - i’m suffocating.” So basically this woman is at home, watches the series, reads the newspaper or the book. Recently she underwent a course of treatment in a hospital - there were droppers. And at home she takes the prescribed pills. To support the work of her ailing heart, Halyna Vladimirovna was prescribed Plavix. This drug is effective, but expensive. The wife cannot buy it on her own. She is forced to seek help.
