Help Maksym get a chance for a pain-free childhood

Maksym Kirdin is the only and long-awaited son of a family displaced from Donetsk region. He is just 4 months old – learning to roll over, reaching for his favorite toys, and discovering the world each day. But at birth, he was diagnosed with a serious condition – craniosynostosis: trigonocephaly.

This is a rare congenital disorder where the skull bones fuse too early, preventing normal brain development. Without urgent surgery, the consequences for the child’s health could be irreversible. The only chance for a healthy future is a complex operation using special medical plates. The cost of the necessary surgical materials is 227,293 UAH.. For a family who has fled war twice – first from Donetsk to Kramatorsk, and later to Vinnytsia – this amount is unmanageable. They cannot do it alone.

Maksym's mother is currently on maternity leave from her job at the Pension Fund, while his father works as a sales representative. The family rents an apartment and has no support from relatives. All they hope for now is to help their baby in time. They sincerely believe in the power of kindness and in your support.
