Life without pain for Ostap
Ostapchyk is a cheerful, active boy who is now 7 years old. His family lives in the town of Vynnyky near Lviv. For four years now, the boy has had insulin-dependent type I diabetes, which has had a severe impact on the life of his entire family. At that time, his mother was expecting the birth of her third child, and this is what happened. Constant injections, sugar measurements, diet, weighing all the dishes for Ostap.
Ostap is a second-grader at a local school. In addition to the boy, the family has two daughters. Ostap's parents are involved in music. His mother is a teacher at a music college, and his father is a military musician. When Ostap got sick three years ago, thanks to charitable assistance, they managed to buy an insulin pump with a sugar monitoring system. This is a very necessary equipment for a child with diabetes, but it requires quite expensive consumables. Before the full-scale invasion began, the necessary consumables for the pump and sugar monitoring sensors were provided by state healthcare institutions. But now the supply has been suspended due to a lack of funds allocated by the state for the purchase of these supplies.
The parents of three children are unable to buy the sensors on their own. They will be glad to receive any help to support painless treatment for their son.
