Life without immunity. Stage 2

Girl with a big smile touched the hearts of many caring people, UBB already raised funds for the treatment of the baby. To live and smile Masha needs constantly medicines support.The girl has neutropenia, a disease that has deprived child immunity. For 3-month course of drugs requires about 19 thousand UAH. Masha’s family has no idea where take means for constant treatment.

Masha born December 8, 2013, and after 1.5 hours after the birth the girl has got to resuscitation. Parents prayed that her daughter began to breathe. On the 5th day she began. Only on the 8th day of the mother saw her daughter for the first time since the birth. It seemed that everything was over. However, after 2.5 weeks the child in serious condition was taken to hospital. Bone marrow of the child does not produce blood cells responsible for the immunity. Now she needs expensive drugs, but parents don't have money for it.

In June, on advice from the chief immunologist Ukraine the child got a new diagnosis – severe neutropenia of unspecified origin. Then again, there have been many analyzes, even in Italy sent blood samples for genetic testing. Masha is constantly taking antibiotics tested for infection, bio-products and a variety of drugs for digestion (neutropenia kills lactobacilli, as a consequence of a child does not eat well and poorly digested food). All these means parents have to provide, sometimes their relatives feasibly help.

But when in reducing blood indices child needs to use specific drugs to stimulate immunity, the family budget is not enough.

Now Masha ill infectious cold and quantity of stimulant medication had to be increased. The drug which Maria got from UBB donors already ended. Masha needs 12 bottles of the drug "Neupogen", 18 780 UAH. We hope for your support, because it is very important for the little girl.
