When Olenka Silanteva was born, she wasn’t put on her mother’s chest. After doctors’ worried faces the woman understood that something was wrong. The baby was swaddled and taken away, and 3 hours later mother was announced with diagnosis - bladder exstrophy. Under that disorder the child doesn’t have front part of the bladder and adjoining abdominal wall. In other words, the girl has open wound inside. Up to age of half years old the baby had underwent 4 bubble plastic surgery , and every time the sutures separated again. Mother found contacts of the Serbian doctor Radosh Dzhinovich, one of the world's leading experts in the field of urogenital surgery. He promises to put Olenka out of congenital disorder once and forever, but the cost of the operation is 12 500 euros.

The beginning of Olay’s life was very difficult. The first operation she underwent was on the seventeenth day of her life. It was followed by two operations, and when the mother and daughter in her 3 months finally were checked out home, there happened exacerbation of pyelonephritis. So again hospital and again antibiotics ...
When the girl was 6 months old, the surgeons for the fourth time made try to solve Olenka’s problem. The rehabilitation period was uncomplicated, it seemed that the sufferings of little girl had finally finished. However, after removal of sutures, the skin separated again.
Then formed unhealed fistula, which must be constantly treating, to prevent entering of infection inside the body. Mother has learned how to reduce the bladder herself. All of these procedures were bringing the girl a lot of inconvenience and pain. Olga does not spend a single day without medication, she needs constant preventive maintenance to delay the attack of cystitis and pyelonephritis.
Olenka is 2,5 years old already. Despite all experienced trial, she has not lost her heart. The girl is growing with strong character, she is real little fighter. But we wish her so much that struggle and overcomings finish in her life, and she has a normal childhood. Without pain, anxiety and medicines.
The Serbian surgeon Radosh Dzhinovich gave hope to Olya and her family. Tatiana Silanteva after a long search of specialists has begun a correspondence with him. He is ready to take up this case and is giving the very high chance that after the operation the problem will be completely solved. The operation is scheduled for November 19, it will cost 12.5 thousand. Euro.
The monthly family income, including disability benefits, is 3.5 thousand. UAH. Olya’s family has connected all the friends and strangers, but the money are found now only for related costs: travel, accommodation, medicines that are not provided by the clinic.
Could we raise the amount per month? Tatiana Silanteva is very much worries that they will not succeed. But everything will be fine, right? And next autumn Olenka will come to normal, not inclusive kindergarten. Many thanks to all who will help the little girl to recover!
