     Roma from Kamensk weighs only 35 kg at the age of 14. Ten years ago, his small intestine was removed, leaving only 12 cm. Roma receives vital special nutrition and constantly needs medication and consumables.
   In accordance with cooperation agreement No. 21 between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the charity aid operator POMAGAEM Charitable Foundation dated 31 August 2020 and supplementary agreement No. 21. 322 dated 25 June 2025, the project ‘Life-giving energy – through IV drips.3’ was posted on the website of the charitable organisation International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’ – dobro.ua – with the aim of attracting donations to pay for Roman Meshko's treatment.
   Subsequently, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the dobro.ua website to purchase medicines for the young man. Therefore, according to letters No. 306 dated 21 July 2025, No. 505 dated 2 October 2025, and No. 646 dated 10 December 2025, we received a total of 51,460.00 UAH (fifty-one thousand four hundred and sixty hryvnias, 00 kopecks), 4,850.00 UAH (four thousand eight hundred and fifty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and 9,240.00 UAH (nine thousand two hundred and forty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform.
   In July of this year, we purchased and delivered special food and medicines for Roman for a total amount of 35,291.79 UAH (thirty-five thousand two hundred ninety-one hryvnias, 79 kopecks), in August – in the amount of 15,660.98 hryvnias (fifteen thousand six hundred and sixty hryvnias, 98 kopecks), in October – in the amount of 5,357.23 hryvnias (five thousand three hundred and fifty-seven hryvnias, 23 kopecks), and in December – in the amount of 9,240 hryvnias (nine thousand two hundred and forty hryvnias, 00 kopecks).
   Romchik had chickenpox in December, but thanks to the help of donors, we were able to purchase vital special food and medicine, which slightly alleviated his condition. He is feeling better after his illness! The boy spent his winter holidays on sick leave. Now the second semester has begun at school, the last six months of 9th grade. Romchik's condition is stable, he continues to receive parenteral nutrition, enteral mixtures and the necessary medications.
   Currently, all funds transferred from the Ukrainian Charity Exchange have been spent on the child's needs, and the project is still raising funds.
