    In accordance with Agreement No. 21 on cooperation between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the charity aid operator POMAGAEM Charitable Foundation dated 31 August 2020 and Additional Agreement No. 21. 322 dated 25 June 2025, the project ‘Life-giving energy – through IV drips.3’ was posted on the website of the charitable organisation International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’ – dobro.ua – with the aim of attracting donations to pay for the treatment of Roman Meshko.

Subsequently, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the dobro.ua website to purchase medicines for the young man. Therefore, according to letters No. 306 dated 21 July 2025 and No. 505 dated 2 October 2025 we received 51,460.00 UAH (fifty-one thousand four hundred and sixty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and 4,850.00 UAH (four thousand eight hundred and fifty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform.

In July of this year, we purchased and delivered special food and medicines for Roman for a total amount of 35,291.79 UAH (thirty-five thousand two hundred ninety-one hryvnias, 79 kopecks), and in August – in the amount of 15,660.98 hryvnias (fifteen thousand six hundred and sixty hryvnias, 98 kopecks).

Romchik has had some disappointing news lately, as he has not been receiving parenteral nutrition for almost two months. Unfortunately, it has also not been possible to purchase enteral mixtures. The boy is experiencing a significant loss of strength, electrolytes, weight and general weakness of the body.

Despite the difficulties, Romchik continues to attend school. Due to his weakened condition, this is not easy for him, but the family is trying to remedy the situation with active recreation — more walks and fresh air, which helps to improve the child's well-being a little.

We plan to use the remaining unused funds in the amount of 507.23 UAH (five hundred and seven hryvnias, 23 kopecks) for Roman's needs in 2025; the project is still raising funds.
